wallhanging.jpg (27829 bytes)
The interior of this wall hanging is an iron-on transfer from Aleene's Iron On Transfers which I painted with acrylic paint. Then I added fabric borders and buttons.

countrysquare.jpg (56755 bytes)
"Country Square" from Scrap Happy Quilts by Ruth Swasey

boundforthebed.jpg (30008 bytes)
Lots of scraps were used for this quilt which was made from the article Bound for the Bed in issue 80 of Traditional Quiltworks magazine.

quilt1.jpg (31059 bytes)   quilt2.jpg (26623 bytes)
These quilts are the same except for the color schemes. The pattern is from an old issue of Country Handcrafts magazine. Both are finished now, but the picture on the left shows the quilt ready to be quilted, and the picture on the right is just the quilt top. These quilts went to my mother and mother-in-law when I got married.
